We offer high quality, inclusive dance classes in a safe, supportive and fun environment. We remove the greatest barrier to participation: cost.
So, everyone has access to our programs and performances regardless of financial circumstances.
Full registration and a caregiver orientation meeting are required.
Our most dedicated dancers, these students are chosen by audition each year. They have taken at least one full year of dance technique classes and commit to weekly rehearsals throughout the year in addition to their regular dance technique classes. They perform at various community events. Past events have included The Higher Ground Festival, Danza Highbridge Dance Festival, the opening of NoMaa's Uptown Arts Stroll, the annual Harvest Festival at Fort Tryon Park, the grand opening of Marshall's at the GW Bridege Terminal, Car Free Day, The State of the District, and various events held by Columbia Medical Center.
