We strive to offer affordable space for artists, non-profits, and community members in Upper Manhattan. Space rentals also support the programming of DPWH, helping to make sure that kids and families in this community have access to dance education.

**All rates listed below are for individual artists holding informal work sessions, rehearsals or teaching classes.

Our low-cost Artist Rentals are made possible by the New York State Council on the Arts with the support of the Office of the Governor and the New York State Legislature.

    Rates:

    Individual Artist Work Session: $20/hr

    Artist Classes/Private Lessons: $30/hr

    Non-Profit Work Session: $35/hr
